4. WHO YOUR PERSONAL DATA IS SHARED WITH

Inside Bekina nv: If necessary for the purposes for which your personal data is processed, your data may be shared with other entities within our group. These entities will only use your information for the purposes described in the privacy statement.
Outside Bekina nv: in certain cases we use service providers to process your information in connection with specific services we offer, or to send you information about products and services. We ensure that these service providers only have access to your data to the extent necessary to perform their tasks. In addition, we guarantee that they are bound by a duty of confidentiality and will never use your data for their own purposes.
4.2. Transfers abroad
Your data will be stored in Belgium and within the European Economic Area (EEA). In exceptional cases, this period may be extended (up to a maximum of three months), but we will inform you within the first month of the reason for the delay. Whether or not you can exercise your rights depends on the nature of the processing and the legal basis.
